Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility passes to you. If your parcel is genuinely lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll sort it.

Because our pieces are worn directly against the skin, hygiene is the reason we cannot accept these back. We want every customer receiving something fresh.
Faulty items are always covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Email hello@curvecouture.co.nz to start a return.

Look at our attached size guides to find your fit. We recommend sizing up for comfortable all day wear.
Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle with a gentle detergent, then lay flat to dry. Avoid tumble drying, bleach, fabric softener, and ironing, as heat and harsh chemicals break down the elastane fibres that give shapewear its shape and compression. Treated well, your Curve Couture pieces will hold their form wash after wash.
Our shapewear currently runs Sβ2XL and our dresses XSβL, with more sizes coming soon. Check the size guide on each product page to find your fit.
